Venue

The Grahamstown Flower Festival takes place in the second oldest botanical gardens in the country, which have been successfully redeveloped and upgraded over the past three years.

The Makana Botanical Gardens are located below the 1820 Settlers' Monument, home of the National Arts Festival.

The gardens will be taken over in their entirety by the Festival organisers for the weekend of the event - from 2pm on Friday 28nd to 3pm on Sunday 30th October. Access to the festival grounds will be via the Lucas Avenue gate situated above Rhodes University's Eden Grove building.
